1.2 The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) as it will be required to validate any warranty claims.

1.3 This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2.  Warranty Claims

2.1 If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, please contact our customer support team. Provide the order details, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information.

2.2 Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process and may request additional information or photographs to assess the issue.

2.3 We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product for inspection, repair, or replacement. Instructions for the return process will be provided by our customer support team.

3. Warranty Resolution

3.1 Upon evaluation of the warranty claim and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or similar item of equal value.

3.2 If the exact product is no longer available or discontinued, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund equivalent to the purchase price of the defective item.

4.1 This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
